The Housing Authority of Chester County owns and manages 206 public housing units and partners on 99 additional units across Chester County. These properties provide safe, affordable housing options for eligible residents

Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) assists over 1,700 families by covering a portion of their rental costs for private-sector housing. The waitlist is currently open for project-based vouchers only.
