The Housing Authority of the County of Chester (HACC) is accepting public comments on proposed revisions to its:
- Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP)
- Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan
- Annual PHA Plan and Related Updates
- CFP
The proposed revisions are available for public review during a 45-day public comment period.
Draft documents may be reviewed in the links above, by clicking HERE, or by visiting HACC’s administrative office during normal business hours.

Comments will be accepted from June 2, 2026, through July 16, 2026.
