Due to current weather conditions, The Housing Authority of the County of Chester County will be CLOSED on Friday, February 19th.
Now located at our main office, 30 West Barnard St, Suite 2, West Chester, PA 19382, is a drop box available for tenants and landlords to use for delivery of any required documents. It is located at our front door to the left. Please feel free to use this 24/7 should you have any documents to drop off to us. Please be assured it is completely safe, private and secure.
The Housing Authority of Chester County (HACC) is the designated entity running the Rent Relief Program for Chester County. The current program ceased accepting applications effective December 14, 2020. No applications received after that date will be accepted and/or processed.
The Stimulus Legislation just enacted by the US Congress contains funding for a new Rent Relief Program that will likely be operated by the HACC. We will publish information on this website as soon as it is available about the new program. It is anticipated that the new funding will be available sometime in February, 2021.
Thank you and please revisit this site during January of 2021 for further information. It will be published for your review and use as soon as HACC receives it.
